Extension goals
- Type traditional Mongolian on ordinary web text fields.
- Reuse the existing candidate engine and shortcut behavior.
- Support FVS / NNBSP / MVS shortcut prefixes.
- Keep noun protection and verb suffix behavior consistent with /write.
- Start with Chrome / Edge before Android / iOS / desktop input methods.
Not released yet
- Public Chrome Web Store release is available now.
- No Edge Add-ons release yet.
- No system-level Android / iOS / Windows / macOS input method yet.
- No separate server module is required for the first prototype.
v1.6-A documentation
- Document the published Chrome Web Store extension.
- Keep /write as the stable no-install keyboard.
- Explain the difference between embed, extension, and future system input methods.
v2.0-T Chrome Web Store published
- Record the public Chrome Web Store release.
- Describe Chrome extension install and support links.
- Keep the published extension updated after stable keyboard core tests.

- Prepare a local-only Manifest V3 prototype plan.
- Reuse the same smart candidate engine from libs/mongol-keyboard-core/src.
- Do not duplicate keyboard logic outside the shared library.
